Salmon Quiche

Prep time: 15 mins  Cook time: 40 mins  8″x8″ Deep Dish 

Salmon Quiche
Ingredients:
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 8 oz Cooked and Seasoned Salmon
  • 1/4 Diced Sweet Onion
  • Salt to Taste
  • Optional Grated Cheese

Directions:

1. Turn On Oven to 180 Deg
2. Beat Eggs and Mix with Water
3. Spread Butter in Bottom and Corners of the Baking Dish
4. Sprinkle Onions in Bottom of Baking Dish
5. Break Up Cooked 1/2 of Salmon over Onions
6. Pour in 1/2 of Beaten Eggs
7. Add Salt
8. Place Remainder of Salmon Spread out in Dish
9. Pour in Remainder of Egg
10. Add Salt
11. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 deg
12. Let cool and Grate Parmesan or Guada Cheese over Top.
