Directions: (Makes 12 Crepes)
1. Combine the flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix.
2. In another bowl add the milk , water, eggs, and butter mix thoroughly until smooth.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly until smooth
4. Heat a heavy 7 inch nonstick skillet or crepe pan to medium heat. Pour in 1/3 cup of batter then quickly tilt the pan So the batter spreads evenly on the bottom circle shape of the pan forming a crepe. Cook until lightly brown 30 to 45 seconds then flip and cook another 15 seconds.
5. Repeat using up all the batter. As you finish the crepes stack them between sheets of Waxed paper to prevent them from sticking.
6. Prepare to eat – Do you love sweet or prefer savory. Ideas of ingredients to make them oh so tasty

Nutella & Banana + powdered sugar
Nutella and any fruit + powdered sugar
Jams or Jellies
Strawberries + whip cream (any fruit)
B. Savory
Ham and cheese
Salmon & cream cheese
Eggs & Bacon
Sausage & Eggs
7. Crepes will last for about 2 days in the fridge
